Bentonite Certix D PLUS 25 kg

CERTIX D PLUS is a special composition of bentonite and polymer additives dedicated to preparing a suspension with high viscosity requirements. It is characterized by an increased content of polymers which gives the mixture unique properties.

CERTIX D PLUS makes it possible to use very low concentrations of the dispersed phase and to obtain suspensions with very good rheological properties. The suspensions prepared using it can be used successfully for drilling long sections. The suspension retains stability and performance parameters throughout the drilling period. The excellent thixotropic properties of the suspension allow stable suspension of drill cuttings in the mud volume during drilling intervals.

CERTIX D PLUS makes it possible to prepare a slurry with a low concentration of dispersed particles while achieving high viscosity. This ensures efficient removal of excavated material from the borehole. The product can be used in difficult, loose and highly permeable soils. Thanks to its low filtration coefficient, it effectively limits the migration of mud into the near-hole layers of the soil.

CERTIX D PLUS forms a thin insulating film on the surface of the borehole walls, which nullifies the phenomenon of penetration of the mud into the ground.

It is entirely manufactured at the Niedomice plant. Production is carried out according to modern technology under conditions of constant laboratory supervision, and ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system.

CERTIX D PLUS in the form of a slurry is used in drilling for both vertical drilling and horizontal directional drilling.

Rheological parameters of the suspension

We perform tests based on standards: API 13A and API 13B-1 – Drilling muds* using OFITE 900 viscosity meter. Parameters available upon request after contacting our consultant.
