Bentonite Certix G PLUS 25 kg

CERTIX G Plus is a special composition of bentonites dedicated to the preparation of suspensions with high viscosity requirements. It also excels in suspensions with low concentrations of dispersed particles, ensuring stable rheological conditions. Its main advantages are high viscosity and excellent thixotropic properties. It is produced entirely at the Niedomice plant.

Production is carried out according to modern technology under conditions of constant laboratory supervision, and ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system. It is dedicated to the preparation of drilling fluids used in core and hydrogeological drilling, geological-engineering and exploration drilling.

Cerix G Plus is a sodium bentonite characterized by a high content of montmorillonite, modified with additives that positively affect the rheologies of prepared muds. Rheological parameters of muds prepared with the product can be adjusted to ground conditions by changing the concentration of bentonite in suspension.

• Granularity over 0.056 mm – max. 10-50% (customizable) over 0.160 mm – 0%

Rheological parameters of the suspension

We perform tests based on standards: API 13A and API 13B-1 – Drilling muds* using OFITE 900 viscosity meter. Parameters available upon request after contacting our consultant.
