Description

Dipperfox SC 400

The Dipperfox SC400 is now the smallest version of the revolutionary Dipperfox 850 Pro total stump removal tool.

State-of-the-art technology developed by Dipperfox removes treetrunksin seconds.

The patented gearbox automatically adjusts speed and power according to trunk, soil and root resistance.

Dipperfox SC 400 log milling machine is a professional tool for installation on:

  • mini excavators weighing 1.5-5 tons
  • backhoe loaders weighing 3-6 tons
  • compact loaders weighing 1-2.5 tons
  • skid steer loaders with a weight of 1-2.5 tons

This revolutionary tool significantly improves the efficiency of stump grubbing and leads to savings in time and money.

The Dipperfox SC 400, like the Dipperfox SC600, is an ideal tool for use in cities, communities, gardens – anywhere large excavators are too big to use. Compared to other self-propelled milling machines, the Dipperfox SC 400 has a number of advantages:

  • has a powerful torque of 13,000 N, providing enough power for low-speed cutting blades; avoids aggressive contact between blades and stones and soil;
  • does not need a large safety zone, as there are no fast-moving blades to scatter debris around;
  • All contaminants will remain near the drilling site;
  • Reduced noise levels compared to other milling machines – the perfect tool for urban environments;
  • removes stumps where access is limited (next to buildings or where stumps are surrounded by asphalt or stones).

Dipperfox SC 400 removes 1 trunk in about 50* seconds and up to 40* trunks in one hour!

*Results of tests conducted at 180 bar and 44 l/min; stumps up to about 40 cm in diameter.

MORE INFORMATION:

  • rotary blades grub up and drive the remains of the trunk into the ground, leaving no holes or voids (the ground stump will be used as fertilizer for future plantings)
  • Tree cutting sites do not require additional land clearing equipment and new trees can be planted on them
  • Automatic speed/torque control (built-in 2-speed planetary gearbox)
  • No electricity, no cables to connect (fully hydraulic operation)
  • The device can be stored in outdoor conditions (no sensitive electronics, no corrosion)
  • Screw-on consumables (double-sided cutting blades, screw)
  • light weight (195 kg)
  • less air pollution compared to grinders – saves the operator and saves the people gathered at the work site
  • unique in its class patented technology
  • Developed and constructed by an Estonian entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in excavator fleet management
