Description

We offer HOLE OPENER reamers , designed to work in hard and solid rock and in the most demanding ground conditions. These tools are designed for maximum durability and effective hole widening during HDD drilling.

HOLE OPENER reamers feature tricone (tricone) roller segments for aggressive and efficient material crushing. Versions with interchangeable rollers are available, as well as with easily replaceable TCI teeth for quick service right on the job site.

The tool’s design allows stable operation during long horizontal drilling, and the front stabilizing ring ensures smooth and precise guidance of the reamer. The tool works well in formations such as slate, sandstone, conglomerates, gypsum, anhydrite, marble or dolomite, among others.

The reamers are available in diameters from 200 to 900 mm and can be configured for specific project needs.
