The HRL 24000 from JKS Products Ltd is a hydraulic cable drum lifter that is suitable for a variety of applications. The lifter is equipped with galvanized, sturdy bases and a bearing-bearing drum axle with cones.It can be packed into a relatively small space for transportation.
