COPPER GREASE FOR DRILL RODS

High-quality copper lubricant for drill pipe threaded connections. Perfectly controls torque during loosening and twisting of threaded connections and reduces jaw wear. Resistant to removal by water and drilling mud, as well as to temperature and high pressure.

The grease is manufactured on the basis of a lithium thickener with powdered copper as a solid lubricating additive. It is suitable for use on components susceptible to high temperatures, heavy loads and corrosion. The lubricant prevents friction and wear and provides protection against corrosion, friction corrosion rust and seizure. The product improves electrical conductivity.

BASIC APPLICATION:

• in the drilling, mining industry (quarries, gravel pits) for lubrication of various drill pipes and tubes
• In equipment where, even at high temperatures, special oxidative stability and corrosion protection are required.
• For all moving parts subject to high wear. Effectively reduces wear even at low temperatures.
• In the chemical industry for flanges and fittings of hot steam, turbines, boilers.
• In motor vehicles for disc brakes (brake pads) and exhaust systems.
