Rope tensioner for “mole” type jacking machines.

During jacking, we often have to deal with closing the hole. After jacking, the hole “collapses” and we have no way to place the pipe in it. The only solution in such a case is to pull in the pipe directly behind the “mole” during jacking. We can pull in pipes made of plastic (PE-PCV). “Mole” for this purpose must be armed with a sleeve for pulling in pipes, which must correspond to the diameter of the pipe, and then attach the pipe to the mole. In the case of larger machines (MAX K130S), we fix the pipe with a steel cable pulled inside the pipe and a tensioner placed at the end of the pipe. Pulling in the pipe with smaller machines (MAX K65, MAX K75S) is a bit easier, as there is no cable and tensioner, the sleeve for pulling in the pipe into which the “mole” is armed has a thread that makes it possible to “screw in” the pipe being pulled in.

Plastic pipes with small diameters of the order of 25-55 mm, are pulled in with a cutting tip.
