Description

GEO 95 mm Trenching Machine – Pneumatic Trenching Machine with a Movable Head

The GEO 95 mm is a pneumatic machine designed for trenchless pipe jacking of larger-diameter pipelines. It allows pipelines to be installed under roads, sidewalks, and paved surfaces without having to disturb the entire surface of the ground.

The movable head helps penetrate compacted and rocky soil layers, while the durable, hardened body ensures resistance to heavy-duty use. The mechanical direction-change system allows the machine to be withdrawn from the completed borehole. The GEO 95 is designed for use in the construction of water supply and telecommunications networks, as well as for installing casing pipes.

Application:

  • making jacking with a diameter of 95 mm
  • installation of pipes with a diameter of up to 75 mm
  • constructing underpasses beneath roads, sidewalks, and other terrain obstacles

Key features:

  • a movable head designed to assist in jacking operations in compacted soil
  • two-stroke operating system
  • Forward/reverse operation – change direction by rotating the hose 1/4 turn
  • a mechanical switching system located inside the housing
  • hardened construction for wear resistance
  • efficient use of compressed air
  • the ability to withdraw the machine from the completed jacking operation
