OMAC UP100 / 10 tons / 100 kN CABLE ROPE & PIPE CRAFT hoist (CABLES)

The 10-ton hydraulic winch cable winch is mainly designed for pulling in earth cables and pipes in culverts. The pulling speed is 50m /min , the max diameter of the cable is 18mm. One hydraulic circuit allows continuous speed change in both directions from the control panel. A pair of multi-sheave steel winches designed for pulling wire rope, with guide rollers.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

• Hydraulic negative brake.
• Chassis on a sprung axle, tires, overrun brake and hand brake and drawbar primarily for moving the machine at low speed at the job site.
• Metal housing with door.
• Mechanical stabilizers on the tension side and a drawbar with a support wheel.
• Attachments for anchoring and lifting the machine.
• Oil cooler in the hydraulic circuit.
• The equipment also has an automatic spool winder for winding rope with a removable spool.
• Wire rope ⌀ 16 mm – 1000 m

• Display of primarily tension force, speed and cable length in real time
• Setting the maximum pulling force
• Operating time display
• Recording and storing data on a portable USB flash drive
• It can also be equipped with OLS, which allows remote control of the machine, WI-FI connection, GPS Geolocation, fault detection system and more. More in the OLS tab.
